Games Almanac
The following is a chronology of the games that I've played, either in part or in full, and that I intend to play. I believe such information is valuable because, as with all dimensions of culture, a plot of our own personal experience in that dimension is a key ingredient to our opinions and beliefs. Since I do quite a bit of opining, it's only fair that I provide a history of my own gaming experiences.
The 'sampled' games are those that I, well, sampled, just sufficiently enough to determine that I didn't (at the time) want to fully invest in them. I maintain that list because it has value and because for some there is the possibility that I may revisit them in the future. I freely admit to being fickle, and want to keep the list handy should the mood strike me to give something a second (or third) chance. The lists of played and sampled games are presented in roughly reverse chronological order.
