Bargain gaming
Busy busy holiday session. But it's over. And I'm jazzed. I've got almost a whole metric ton of games to play, and play I will. I'm gearing up for an extended experiment: gaming behind the curve. As you'll note from the list of games in the queue (over there on the right) the air around the grotto is decidedly thick with grey-bearded games. Let's call them aged. Let's also ignore the ridiculousness of calling something 'aged' that was made in 1999. I have a few goofy notions about game playing, and this is one of them: The gaming sweet spot is NOT the stuff fighting for the front window showcase at your local software peddler. We shall see.
Also - you may or may not notice that there is no longer an official Diablo II section here. That is not an accident. There's a review in the works, and it's not pretty.
