To use cheats, just type them in the console, after having enabled cheats.

NOTE: you can't enable cheats in a regular singleplayer game. You first need to load up a map (using either the map or devmap command as shown below). Once the map loads, use the sv_cheats command and then enter any cheats. You can save/restore the game normally after enabling cheats.

raven 1		unlock all levels
god		enables the God mode
give <item>		obtain item specified
give all		obtain all items
notarget		invisibility
noclip		no clipping mode
pinkspider		infinite power
cmdlist		list all commands
map <map name>		load map specified (see below for map names)
devmap <map name>		load map specified (see below for map names)
